Frontier AI Limited, trading as Frontara AI, is the controller of personal data described in this policy. Contact us at info@frontara.ai.
When you contact us: your name, work email, organisation, role, the type of organisation you belong to, any institution you tell us about, and your message.
When you use the platform: account details, the institutions you have run diagnostics on, and the versions and assumption adjustments you save.
When you visit the site: standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.
Frontara does not require, request or ingest your organisation's internal data. There is no data room, no file upload and no system integration. Diagnostics start from published sources; any figure of yours in the model is there because a user typed it in, and is held as described in section 02. See Security.
To respond to your enquiry, to provide and support the platform, to keep it secure, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, these are running and improving a business-to-business service; you may object at any time.
Service providers who host, secure and operate the platform on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions. A current list of sub-processors is available on request. Customer content is not used to train third-party models. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Personal data is stored in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where any transfer outside these regions is necessary, we use appropriate safeguards.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account data and saved diagnostics are kept while your account is active, and deleted on request.
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. Write to info@frontara.ai. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We will update this policy as the service develops and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
