Nothing connects to your systems.

Frontara starts from the public record. There is no data room, no integration, no system access and no file upload, so most of the risk that normally comes with a diagnostic never arises. Where you choose to type in figures of your own, they are treated as confidential customer content. What we hold, and how we hold it, is set out below.

What we don't need.

A value creation diagnostic is built from published sources alone, unless you choose to add figures of your own. That is a design choice, and it is also the strongest security position we can offer.

No data roomNo document access, no folder shares, no file upload, no export from your systems.

No integrationNothing is connected to your environment. No credentials, no API keys, no network access. Anything of yours in the model is there because you typed it in.

No internal figures requiredCost pools are derived from published financials, peer benchmarks and, where no public figure exists, experience-based assumptions. Never pulled from your ledger — only what you choose to type in. Each figure carries its tier, so you can see which is which (Evidence).

No relationship requiredA diagnostic can be run on a company you have no access to and no dealings with, because everything it reads is already public.

What we do hold.

Your work on the platform is yours. It is stored so you can return to it, and treated as confidential.

Account detailsName, work email, organisation and role.

Which institutions you have runHeld so your saved work can be retrieved. Never disclosed, aggregated or published.

Your saved versions and adjustmentsWhere you enter a figure of your own or override an assumption, that input may reflect knowledge only you have. It is treated as confidential customer content, isolated to your account, and never used to inform another customer's diagnostic or to update the benchmark corpus.

Anything you send usEnquiries and correspondence, used only to respond to you.

Processing and storage.

EncryptionData is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Hosting regionCustomer data is stored in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.

RetentionSaved diagnostics are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete a version at any time.

Deletion on requestWrite to us and we will delete your account and all associated content, and confirm when it is done.

AI models and sub-processors.

Frontara uses third-party model providers to run research and calibration. The arithmetic that produces your numbers is fixed code, not a model — see Evidence.

No training on your contentCustomer inputs are not used to train third-party models. Provider agreements are on enterprise terms that exclude training.

Model providersA current list of sub-processors is available on request, along with notice of material changes.

What models seeResearch and calibration run against public sources. Your saved adjustments are not sent to model providers as training or retention data.

Access and separation.

Customers run diagnostics on live situations, including targets under consideration. Confidentiality between customers matters as much as confidentiality from the outside.

Customer isolationNo customer can see another customer's runs, saved versions, adjustments or activity.

Internal accessAccess by Frontara personnel is limited to what is needed for support, and only with your knowledge.

No customer list disclosureWe do not disclose who our customers are, or which institutions they have looked at, without written permission.

Reporting a vulnerability.

If you believe you have found a security issue, write to info@frontara.ai with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within two working days and keep you informed until it is resolved. We will not pursue action against anyone reporting an issue in good faith.

Frontara does not currently hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. Where a formal security review is required, we will complete your questionnaire and provide documentation on request.
