These terms govern your use of this website and, where granted, the Frontara platform. By using either, you accept them. Frontier AI Limited, trading as Frontara AI, provides the service.
Access is granted at our discretion following a conversation, and is personal to the individual or organisation it is granted to. You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share access with anyone outside the organisation it was granted to.
A value creation diagnostic is an outside-in analysis built from publicly available information, sector benchmarks and experience-based assumptions. It is an analytical tool, not advice.
Outputs are estimates. They are not investment advice, financial advice, accounting advice, legal advice, a valuation, an audit, or a recommendation regarding any security or transaction. You are responsible for any decision you take, and for validating outputs against your own information before acting on them.
Public sources may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and an outside-in view cannot see contract terms, internal allocations, undisclosed programmes or delivery capacity. Every figure carries an evidence tier so you can see what is reported, what is derived and what is assumed. We give no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of the adjustments, assumptions and versions you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the service to you. We treat your content as confidential and do not use it to inform another customer's diagnostic.
The platform, the lever library, the cost pool structures, the benchmark corpus, the methodology and this website are owned by us. You may use outputs within your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or make the platform or the lever library available to third parties, or use them to build a competing product.
Do not attempt to access the platform without authorisation, scrape or reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully or in breach of any confidentiality or market abuse obligation you are subject to.
This website links to and summarises third-party sources. Copyright in that material remains with its owner. Company names and trade marks appear for identification only and do not imply any relationship or endorsement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from decisions taken in reliance on outputs. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the service develops and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
